How do you prepare Kale (the leafy green vegetable)?

I have a soup recipe that uses it. I love it, it’s so good. Prior to that I saw it only as a garnish. I know that it’s very healthy and would like some ideas on how to prepare it. Can anyone help??

Kale is very good for you.a simple way to prepare it is this. Place it into a large saute pan or wok, add a little olive oil, thin sliced clove of garlic, salt and pepper to taste , a few crushed red peppers just a pinch unless you want it very spicy,a bay leaf and saute’ just until it is at the stage you like.About halfway through cooking add a little chicken stock. I serve with sliced tomatos and home made crusty Italian bread, corn bread is also an alternative.
